I am happy to see more people reading the guide and hopefully learning a lot from it.  I think there are two reasons for the increased interest.

1. Reader's suggestions have greatly improved parts of the guide making it easier to work through the chapters.

2. There is more exposure due to Linux Doc Project mirrors and language translation efforts.

Glad to see you're still hanging out on the mailing list Dave, since you were one of the first to send feedback on the guide.
