[pocket-linux] Chapter 3 : no shell

Hi David,

That can be the problem, I am compiling on an Athlon 1Ghz with SuSE 8.2 and 
testing on a PI 75 Mhz.

But how can these libraries not be compatible with the Pentium ?
Aren't these libraries hardware independent ?
(I thought that the kernel was the "interface" between the software and the 
hardware ) Or are those libraries maybe optimized for a P III or P IV.

Is there a way to see for which harware these libraries are compatible ?
