[pocket-linux] New 3.0 preview

I have just uploaded a new preview of the pocket linux guide version 
3.0.  You can view it HTML or PDF at:

I have tried to incorporate many of the suggestions that people have 
made on the mailing list.  Since the last preview the major changes are 
updating to use latest versions of all source code and providing 
download links for source packages.

I did a test build using the latest preview.  Everything works and it 
still fits on a 1.44M root floppy.  If anyone else is interested in test 
building on their distro, please let me know how it goes.
