RESPECTED SIR

I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLTED RAMDISK CHAPTER.THANKS FOR UR CO-OPERATION.
NOW I GOT PROBLEMS WITH LIBRARIES  IN SOME BASIC UTILITES CHAPTER.
WHEN I GIVE COMMAND LS  I AM FINDING THE FOLLOWING ERROR:


RELOCATION ERROR:SYMBOL_ERROR,VERSION GLIBC-2.0 NOT DEFINED IN FILE LIBC.SO.6 WITH LINK TIME REFERENCE.

ON MY DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM I AM HAVING THE FOLLOWING VERSIONS

LINUX->REDHAT 9  2.4 
GLIBC->glibc-2.3.2-5
COREUTILS->5.1

NOW HOW CAN I PROCCED.
PLEASE MAKE ME TO COME OUT OF THIS..............
