[pocket-linux] A.3.3.1 Create a staging area

I believe that is necessary to put the line:

mkdir -p share/terminfo/l

in the A.3.3.1.

I had to put this line to copy linux in the A.3.3.3:
cp /usr/share/terminfo/l/linux ~/usr-staging/share/terminfo/l

I did not put the "periods" that there are at the end in A.3.3.3

I put cp /usr/lib/libncurses.so.5 ~/usr-staging/lib
